I drank AZM opus 13, a junmai ginjo made with "mizukagami" (water chestnut) from Hikone City, Shiga Prefecture. The aroma type is described as grapefruit-pineapple, with a refreshing acidity. It is light, easy to drink, and delicious. I can't stop drinking it.
