さとー
This is a nama-gara sake made from naturally grown rice. It is pure rice and the polishing ratio is 80%, which is quite high. When you open it, you can feel the gas. It is also slightly carbonated when you hold it in your mouth. When you first open it, you can smell the magic ink and banana aroma, but as time goes by, it fades and becomes the aroma of rice. The alcohol is high at 18-19 degrees Celsius, and the sharpness is good and the flavor is strong. There is not a lot of miscellaneous taste. I drank it with sashimi, but I drank it like water. It is an interesting and tasty sake for eating. I see, it is naturally grown rice. Around 1800 yen.
