It was served at a home-style izakaya called Magnolia in Matsue. The rice was very sweet and tasty, but it had a refreshing taste that didn't leave a lingering taste in my throat. It is also good that it doesn't get in the way of eating with food.
I really recommend this Magnolia. There is no menu, and the lady will serve you dishes and snacks according to your mood ✨ Great. The vegetables are locally grown, pesticide-free, and there is a lot of local talk.
The aroma is not strong, but the sake is juicy like wine and rich like pineapple. You will be immersed in a taste that will never get old and you will be surprised that this is really sake.
