Hmmm.... Maybe it's because I've drunk a lot of mellow sake in the past, but it's not very strong or weak. At best, it's easy to drink; at worst, it's watery. I only tasted the alcohol today, so that's why I'm rating it this way, but that might change if you drink it as a mealtime drink.

It was very mellow and delicious. This is the sake from Tamagawa...! It was very delicious, with a hearty umami and sourness, and a good crispness that didn't get old. However, I didn't really feel the sweetness. Also, the alcohol content is strong, so I couldn't drink a lot of it.

I finally drank the summer brew I bought a few weeks ago. It's just so sweet! But it was well-balanced with acidity, and it wasn't cloying. Personally, I think it was a little too sour for me.

Purchased at a local liquor store. Nice ginjo aroma, sweetness and umami. It is easy to drink without any peculiarities. For less than 2,000 yen for this flavor, it's a great value.
