はるとそら
This sake is made from the rare sake rice "Aizan". On the first day of opening the package, you can strongly feel the gorgeous aroma even when it is cold. The mouthfeel is not as sweet as the aroma, and the aftertaste is sour and bitter. As the temperature rises, it becomes mellower and the bitterness is suppressed. The taste is relatively refreshing among the Hououmita. This is my impression.

It was bottled in July of last year. I've drunk Hououmita several times, but this is the first time I've had it made with a traditional yeast mash. It has a fresh taste like pear or muscat, but also has a slightly heavy impression. It is not a sake to be drunk with food, but rather a sake to be drunk mainly.

This is my first time to try Bodhi sake. It is said that once upon a time, a monk in Nara Prefecture started making bodjimoto sake. I thought it would be difficult to drink because of the traditional method, but it was a modern style sake with a fruity taste. It tastes better when it is slightly cooled than when it is cold. By the way, I heard that there is also a collaboration product with BEAMS based on the bodhi-ganjo style.

This is a Junmai Daiginjo, but it is a good value sake. It is not overpowering, and tastes more like a Junmai Ginjo. It has a good aroma. It is fresh and refreshing to drink. 720ml ¥1540
