御前酒純米生原酒 菩提酛にごり酒
はるとそら
This is my first time to try Bodhi sake.
It is said that once upon a time, a monk in Nara Prefecture started making bodjimoto sake.
I thought it would be difficult to drink because of the traditional method, but it was a modern style sake with a fruity taste.
It tastes better when it is slightly cooled than when it is cold.
By the way, I heard that there is also a collaboration product with BEAMS based on the bodhi-ganjo style.
