This sake is made from the rare sake rice "Aizan".
On the first day of opening the package, you can strongly feel the gorgeous aroma even when it is cold.
The mouthfeel is not as sweet as the aroma, and the aftertaste is sour and bitter.
As the temperature rises, it becomes mellower and the bitterness is suppressed.
The taste is relatively refreshing among the Hououmita. This is my impression.
