I bought this sake when I stopped by Ouchijuku in Fukushima Prefecture. I thought it was an interesting sake with a different aroma and taste depending on the age. The aroma is refreshing and the taste is fruity, so I think it can be used as a sake during meals! It has a sweet taste, so I think it would go well with spicy food! It can be drunk very easily, so be careful not to drink too much of it ( *~9000~9000* )

This was my first time drinking Hououmida! My impression was that the spiciness went through the nose, and the aftertaste was not overpowering! It seemed to go well with meat dishes and fish, and I could drink it very easily. I stored it in the refrigerator and drank it again the next day, but after opening the package, it became mellow and did not interfere with the meal this time. I felt as if I had enjoyed two different kinds of sake! If you're a dry drinker, I'd suggest opening the bottle and drinking it up! I would drink it again!
