We got a precious sake limited to 3000 bottles😊.
It is unfiltered and has koji floating in it, giving it a sweetness.
Dry but mellow and flavorful.
It was a definite bottle ✨

I can't even remember the difference between junmai sake and ginjo sake, but I picked up a bottle at the Big House 😁 lol
When I saw the price, I felt like buying a jacket.
It's spicy for me, but I can feel the sweetness and it goes in easily.

Junmai-shu (pure rice wine) made from "Yukihikari" produced in Nakafurano-cho, Hokkaido. It is said to have the meaning of "blowing hollers and having fun with the sake. It is easy to drink with a mild mouthfeel, clean and crisp, and a delicious rice flavor😊.
