This bottle is made from a rather rare rice called Chusei Shin Senbon. It is a junmai ginjo, but surprisingly the alcohol content is not strong and the taste is moderately umami. All of Isun Heki Shuzo's sakes have a good flavor, although the aroma is not so strong.

Mukaze Junmai Sake Betsuzake heated. It is a junmai sake, which is why it has a robust flavor. Despite the centipede design on the label, I found it surprisingly easy to drink.

This is the first time for me to drink sake made with Aizan. It has a clean taste and is a bit dry despite its name. There is no sweet or bitter aftertaste. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a slight gassy sensation.
