おとっぺ
Purchased on a visit to a sake brewery in Koshi. 4 bottles for a little over 1,200 yen. The taste is full and rich, with an eight-minute polish. It is a little spicy and rich.
It is not a food sake. I enjoyed it while feeling the rice and sake.
