When I was young (in my late 20s), I wondered if such a delicious sake existed. This sake made me realize how good sake could be when I was young (in my late 20s).
Now that I am in my 40s, the sweetness is starting to bother me a little. I have rediscovered that a crisp junmai sake suits me better than a junmai ginjo sake. It was delicious!
