Abe Yellow. It is made from Nagaoka Ippon Sashimi. It is an unfiltered unpasteurized sake with no filtration at all. Because the rice is relatively easy to taste, the sweetness of the rice is easily felt. The fruity aroma is a perfect match for the mellowness and freshness that only Origarami can provide.

Senkou Senkou, 2040 Shiboritate. It has a calm taste but a strong juicy feeling "Seme". The freshness is outstanding. The commercialization of the blame part seems to be rare.

Takachiyo Kuro Selected Nakadori Junmai Daiginjo A juicy and delicious bottle. It has a gorgeous aroma and taste reminiscent of ripe tropical pineapple. It has a full-bodied mouthfeel, but is not overpowering, and has an elegant finish typical of the carefully selected nakatori.

Shiga Prefecture is Shoshiki Shuzo Monsoon Yamadanishiki Kojo-shu Nama Genshu It has a rich sweet taste like a noble sake, but it is not stubborn, which is the noble sake of Shoshiki. The slightly thick texture gives it a smooth mouthfeel and the strong fruity aroma is the best.
