Local sake purchased on the trip.
The volume is a solid 17 degrees while the sake is clear and unpasteurized. The miso-flavored nameko mushrooms were completely outclassed by the sake.
This is the kind of sake that would be perfect with Togakushi soba (buckwheat noodle).
