At Azusa Limited Express I have always been familiar with Mr. Shinzawa's sake. I'm always familiar with the sake of Mr. Shinzawa, It is not too sweet and can be served with sushi or meat. The concept of "food sake" is true!

No label? I was wondering... A slight rabbit 🐰 that can be seen through Pitchy, slightly effervescent, yogurt, apple, I'm not much of a sake drinker, so my vocabulary is poor, Everyone loves modern naturals with a solid body. Not surprisingly, two bottles of ice cold sake followed (^_^; ).

Local sake purchased on the trip. The volume is a solid 17 degrees while the sake is clear and unpasteurized. The miso-flavored nameko mushrooms were completely outclassed by the sake. This is the kind of sake that would be perfect with Togakushi soba (buckwheat noodle).
