It has a faint aroma of green apple. First, carbonation and sweet-sourness are felt on the tip of the tongue, followed by a moderate bitterness that spreads throughout the mouth. It is a dry sake with a slightly dry taste. Yamada-Nishiki produced in Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture is used. The rice polishing ratio is 60%.
