In a department store. First ice breaker in 3 years. Reviewed because I was not doing saké wawa at the time. On the rocks. The aroma is subdued. The aroma is modest, but the rice flavor is subtle. It is easy to keep drinking, but the alcohol content is surprisingly high (17-18%). Be careful not to get drunk. The aftertaste is short. It is recommended to drink with summer dishes. Recommended for sake beginners.

Purchased at a department store. It was labeled with a horse, so I thought it was a Seven Crown Horse, but it was a different sake. I found out that it was from the same brewery as lelac, which I had seen for the first time at a liquor store. The rarity is very high. At room temperature. Subdued aroma. It has a light and very soft mouthfeel, and as you swallow it, a calm and delicious flavor spreads. It is good as a food sake. The cost performance is quite high. Recommended for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers.

Purchased at liquor store. I have had it before but re-reviewed as it was over a year ago. Not much aroma. It is crisp, cool and refreshing, with a hint of freshness. It seems to go well with any food as a food sake, and because of its low alcohol content (14%), it may be good on its own as well.

Get it at Depa Basement It was sold at Depa basement because the new sake festival was canceled. There were many others. I tasted them in order, and the last one, Junmai Daiginjo, was so delicious. It came in a paulownia box, and it cost as much as two or three other bottles, but that's okay if it makes you happy. When should I open it?
