The pinnacle of the Macho series
A.K.A. "Macho Inquisitor".
The brewer uses a wooden vat to grow the yeast yeast, and uses three times as much rice in the main brewing process as in the modern brewing process (about 1/3 of the modern brewing water).
It has a taste that is different from that of kijoshu or multi-koji brewing. (brewer).

Complex aroma with a hint of acidity and maturity
Transparent golden color.
When you drink it, it has a very rich sweetness like syrup.
I've never tasted sake like this before.
It tastes too strong to be useful as a food sake, so I recommend drinking it in small quantities as a dessert sake 🤗.
