I saw Kame-san🐢 in the fridge and couldn't resist ordering it 😘.
I haven't had Yamae Nishiki in two years.
Familiar taste
Delicious as always 🥰.
Not at all inferior to the leading mellow umakuchi Jyushidai 😎.
Shinshu Kamerei Yamae Nishiki is sweet but lighter than Jyushiro
Shinshu Kamerei Yamadanishiki is sweeter, but lighter than Jyushidai ❓
Taste and sweetness are very similar
Shinshu Kamerei is more transparent
Jyushidai's umami is more intense.
Each has its own personality and Kame-san🐢 has a dashing and noble atmosphere

Kame-san is the best 💯💯💯.
