I was able to buy it unexpectedly and opened the bottle immediately 🍾.
100% Akita rice
Polishing ratio 60% Kakemai
Alcohol: 12 degrees Celsius
I loosened it fearfully... and it opened easily 😆.
Aroma like white wine!
Tastes like champagne. But somehow sake.
Slightly sweet and strong acidity. And strong bitterness.
Aftertaste, slight aroma of wooden vat.
It is recommended to finish it when you open it...
Day 2, still a bit of a schwirl!
Still, it settles down a bit and the aroma and taste are easy to recognize.
White wine-like and sake-like aroma. Slightly sweet and orangey flavor. And a strong bitter taste 💦.
Champagne-like while in the mouth, sake on the back palate.
Like a cold remedy with a slight orange flavor 🤔.
I could tell it was made best freshly opened to enjoy the schwash!
On the third day, I thought I'd warm it up when the sizzle was gone, but...
Still schwashy!
But now I can taste it more. Slight sweetness and sourness, strong bitterness.
The taste seems almost the same. It is a solid sake!
I would like to make a toast with 5-6 people first 🥂.
