久しぶりに冷酒を。食事の邪魔をしないさっぱりした感じ

先週に引き続き雑賀。今回は辛口。
お米の甘さとキリッとした辛さが程よいバランスでくちに広がり、すーーっとキレ良く消えてゆく。
香りは控えめな上質な吟醸香がスーと香ります。
これ、美味い！！
米と米麹と酵母でどーしてこんなに辛口に出来るのか、日本酒って本当に奥深い。
