I bought it for Christmas and planned to drink it over the New Year's holidays. It's already half gone... so I bought another bottle today. 100% Omachi. The taste is clean and clean from the mellowness of the chilled water. It has the flavor of rice with a hint of lychee, which I liked very much. I didn't know about this sake until I bought it. I am still an amateur.
