Polishing ratio 70%, alcohol 8%. Sweet and refreshing.
It is good as an aperitif when chilled.
It is best drunk with a glass of wine.
It can be enjoyed by both those who like sake and those who do not.
The rice polishing ratio is 70%. The price is about 850 yen, which is very affordable. But the capacity is 500ml, so it is small. The alcohol content is only 8%.
It has the aroma of rice malt like the sake.
However, it has a mellow sweetness and a fruit-like sourness that you can't imagine from its aroma, and it is very delicious. There is no indication of the sake degree, but it must be quite negative.
It is like a white wine.
It is too sweet to drink with food, so it would be better to drink this sake alone in a relaxed manner. I'd recommend it even more to people who don't like or haven't had much sake in their lives!
Walk Back Part 2.
With a glass of wine and rock ice!
It's a delicious sweet and sour mystery sake. I don't know why it is Japanese sake. Can you make such a liquid from rice? A white wine-like juice with no astringency...like...? (?)
Tomihisa Nishiki Fu Junmai
100% rice produced in Kasai City, 70% polished
Sweet and sour, mainly sweet.
Personally, I like sweet and sour, this is too sweet 😅.
You might want to split a soda with it. I think this would make a great after dinner dessert wine.
