I don't often choose nigori sake, but I selected this one because it was lightly nigori and looked refreshing. The label said "summer sake".
We were in the middle of the rainy season before it became midsummer, and we were tired from work... but the cool, crisp taste lifted our spirits.
In the mouth, the aroma spreads fluently. Delicious.
Friday night... a breath of fresh air while feeling the cool breeze.
I heard that the label was changed from Shun to Shun. It was my first time drinking it, so I don't know...
I guess it was better to drink it in a wine glass. I'll try it next time.

The ginjo aroma is not that strong, but rather the dry sake feeling is very strong.
It seems to go well with fatty fish or squid.
The snacks are
-pickled squid
A gift from my uncle
I bought this sake because it was made in the town, as it is a local brew. I had it at home this time, but I can easily imagine it would go down really well with snacks at the Harukichi restaurant. It's delicious.
This is Isonosawa's first summer brew, it's like a limited edition of 300 🙏This is the first summer brew of Isonosawa! It's a smooth drink with just the right amount of acidity, which makes it an excellent choice for those who want to drink it easily, especially since it's a relatively unpasteurized sake It's a delicious drink that's cosy and good as a mealtime drink 😋
