This is the second one I got!
The aroma is a nice aroma of koji. The taste is much less sweet than the previous one. The basic tone is sourness and dryness. I think this one goes better with food. However, I prefer the previous sweeter one. However, I think it's good that this one is made without giving too much of a sake taste. I'm glad it's a local sake.

The aroma is yeasty and nice. The taste has a sweet base, no bitterness at all, and a fizzy feel, so it doesn't just end up sweet, it's like you can drink it all the time without getting sick of it! Delicious! The fizziness is so strong when the bottle is opened that it's hard to detect much acidity, but there is a moderate acidity, and I think that's another point where the balance is well achieved and it's delicious! I think the pairing goes well with sashimi, and I think it would also go well with carpaccio or something like that. It is sweet, so as a toast, it is the best. I can recommend it to people who don't drink much sake! I'm getting another bottle, so looking forward to it!
