This is the second one I got! The aroma is a nice aroma of koji. The taste is much less sweet than the previous one. The basic tone is sourness and dryness. I think this one goes better with food. However, I prefer the previous sweeter one. However, I think it's good that this one is made without giving too much of a sake taste. I'm glad it's a local sake.

It's a gift! The aroma is yeasty and nice. The taste has a sweet base, no bitterness at all, and a fizzy feel, so it doesn't just end up sweet, it's like you can drink it all the time without getting sick of it! Delicious! The fizziness is so strong when the bottle is opened that it's hard to detect much acidity, but there is a moderate acidity, and I think that's another point where the balance is well achieved and it's delicious! I think the pairing goes well with sashimi, and I think it would also go well with carpaccio or something like that. It is sweet, so as a toast, it is the best. I can recommend it to people who don't drink much sake! I'm getting another bottle, so looking forward to it!

PB sake from a local supermarket. I was surprised to find out that there is such a thing as PB for sake! It's been a long time since my relatives gathered at my parents' house for a drink. I like to drink alone, but it's also fun to drink in a crowd!

I bought this at my local supermarket as a heated sake. It has a sour taste at first and then a delicious flavor. It is refreshing to drink and warms my body and heart.

Sake Brewer / Isonosawa Place of birth/Fukuoka Pref. Polishing ratio / 60 Alcohol content / 16 The label has been changed from the traditional kanji "Shun" to the new "Shun". It's crisp and quite easy to drink😊. Personally, I recommend drinking it cold 😉.

It's a brewery rather close to me but it's my first time drinking it😊. This sake is from Ukiha, a city famous for its fruit! It's refreshing, but with a hint of sweetness and flavor! It's the type of sake that is typical of the Chikugo region. It tastes great when it's cold, but as the temperature rises, the old aroma gets stronger 😅. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great.

A lightly nigori, easy drinking sake. I want to drink it with a wine glass. But since it's a weekday, it's served in an oinokuchi. It has a gentle taste, so even people who don't like sake can enjoy it. We don't recommend it for those who want a strong aroma and lingering flavor! I'm addicted to sake wine, so I can't get enough of this sake! I want you to drink it with a wine glass (*^^*)
