くま吉
Purchased at a liquor store in Daimyo that also has a corner store
Purchased this bottle because it had a very minor brand.
(Just after opening the bottle)
Drink it cold.
Very slight yellow color.
It has a rather weak ginjo aroma.
It has a strong umami in the mouth.
The umami disappears immediately and a rather weak dryness gradually appears later.
Lush and fresh on the throat.
Classic taste on the palate, but the aftertaste is very refreshing and clear.
Warmed to lukewarm
The aroma does not spread at all.
Sweetness with a slight bitterness similar to green tea.
Aroma becomes more prominent and delicious
The flavor quickly disappears and the aftertaste is still clear.
To be served hot
The fullness of the flavor that was present when the sake was lukewarm is gone, and the flavor is very light.
The fullness of the flavor returns when the sake is cooled.
Lukewarm is the best way to taste it.
Very good with cheese when warmed.
(The day after opening the bottle)
Drink cold
It has a long aftertaste.
As the label says, it tastes best cold.
