This is the first time I drank sake from Shiga. It's a very dense unblended sake. The taste through the nose is quite mellow. It is a sake to enjoy the lingering after taste.

(I'm just personally addicted to it) まーたつKame no o "Jokigen" Shizukutori is drunk warm. Lukewarm is perfect! The taste is sweet and gentle. It's tangy on the tip of the tongue, but the aftertaste fades away. It doesn't have the bitter aftertaste characteristic of sweet sake. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
