A repeat of Tenmei, which I enjoyed the last time I drank it. Last time it was the blue label, but this time it was the pink label. The fruity aroma was mildly fragrant, but when you put it in your mouth, it tasted sweet and sour with a slight effervescence, and the taste was refreshing. Overall, I felt a good balance and was able to finish it quickly.

Jackets. I bought this sake believing that there is no disappointment in Fukushima Prefecture's sake. The taste did not disappoint. It had a refreshing, clear taste with a lactic acidic mellowness.

Aeon has a dark horse! When I went to Aeon to buy some alcohol and looked at the refrigerator, I saw a box of Brahma. I had never had it before, but everyone seemed to be enjoying it, so I figured I couldn't go wrong and bought it. A slight aroma of ginjo. The attack is very clean and simple on the palate. However, it is followed by a fine, unctuous sweetness. It was followed by a slight alcohol taste and bitterness. The taste completely exceeded our expectations. Usually I have one glass of sake for dinner and two for a good sake, but today I went on to the third glass, which was served in a tin cup I bought in Hyogo Prefecture. Fukui Prefecture is known for its Kuroryu, but Bon, the second best sake at Sake-no-wa, was an excellent product with a fine sweetness that was on a different line from Kuroryu. The taste was great, but the price was surprisingly low for a daiginjo made from 100% Hyogo Prefecture's special A rice, which is not much more expensive than junmai ginjos. It is a wonder that Brahma is still in the refrigerator at Aeon. I was satisfied.

Purchased at Aeon Mall Okayama when I went to Okayama. Sake made from Asahi rice. Compared to Momonosato Junmai Ginjo, which is also made from Asahi rice, it has a similar flavor, but is the complete opposite. It is quite spicy.
