Before I narrowed down the list of sake to bring to the off-line meeting and Hyogo sake, Momonosato was also on my list of candidates.
A harmony of classic atmosphere and gentle sweetness.
Compared to the Momonosato sakes I have had in the past, this one seemed dry, but I could sense that it had been carefully brewed.
