年末に岡山の蔵元まで行って買ったお酒のラスト。派手さはないけど上品な甘さでそこそこフレッシュ。火入れなのにどうして?って思って調べたら一回火入れの原酒らしい。それなら書いてくれたらいいのに。本当は要冷蔵って書いたほうが良いお酒だよね。

しろうまと同じく蔵まで行って買いました。めちゃくちゃガス強い元気なお酒。名前の通り少し桃の様な甘さがあり後味は苦め。しろうまよりは甘さ控えめで炭酸強め。

I went to the brewery and bought it. When I opened it up, the whole cap came off, is there a problem with the bottling process? When I opened it, it didn't overflow, but it spewed with great force. It's a strong, gassy, dark sweet sake. I'm glad I took the train for almost 3 hours and walked 30 minutes each way from the station to get it.

pyonpyon Thank you for your comment on a past post ✨I wrote 30 minutes but I think I walked for about an hour 💦I went on a whim and didn't even have a backpack so my hands were almost torn off from all the luggage 😭.
