Hiyoroshi" is a new sake that has been laid down for a summer and is released when the outside temperature has cooled down.

Tastes like a daiginjo.
I think it tastes thicker than other Daiginjos.
It is a little sweet, but at the same time clean like a Daiginjo. Of course, it is not unpleasantly sweet like cheap packaged sake.
