Girls only! I thought it would be perfect for me, as I like drinks that taste like they're for girls. I thought the aroma was fruity, but I didn't expect it to be a mulberry sake (see my earlier post)! Astringent 👏 For a moment I thought it was sweet wine.
The taste is fruity sourness + rice sweetness = a strange sweet and sour taste. The taste of apples, but the Aomori Apple Kingdom I drank before was more overtly apple. This one is more of an apple. It's like. The aftertaste is very nice and refreshing.
Sure, it's not exactly a sake... but it's what it is! Sweeter than cider. You might want to drink it stylishly with salty cheese ☺️.
