ジェイ&ノビィ
This is a sake made from rice grown in Tobetsu-cho, Hokkaido, produced by the ROYCE chocolate factory, which I received as a gift from my sister.
It is a Daiginjo made up to 35% polished and comes in a nice box with a seal on it!
As the name suggests, it has a thick, mellow, dry taste. ☺️
I was told that the flavor changes as it sits for a day, so I drank half of it and held off for now 😤.
By the way, I have a news about sake cups. We usually drink from Riedel glasses, but we wanted to order some Nosaku sake cups using the points we had accumulated.
It arrived the day before yesterday. ‼️
We had half of our leftover Taibi in the tin gugumini that we just received 😊We confirmed in advance that it holds 60mL for just under a cup 😆When we poured the sake, we knew it was cold, but it was wonderful how the coldness of the sake was transmitted to our hands and mouths 🥹.
Something about that changed the taste of the sake and made it softer to drink 🤔.
It's as if the thick beauty has somehow turned into a fine beauty 😉 How does it feel 🤣?
'This is awesome! I'm so glad I bought it" I couldn't stop smiling every time I poured it. We were watching WBC and it was gone in no time 😋.
