TakatsuguThis is also my first encounter with Senbazuru from Sato Shuzo in Oita. It's a pure sake made from pure rice and a natural yeast.
This is a sake made from nature, without using lactic acid, which is produced from lactic acid bacteria in the air.
It is a sake made from the nature. It has a high alcohol content of 17 degrees because it is unpasteurized sake, but it is not heavy and you can enjoy it easily.
It is one of the best sake made with the traditional yeast mash.

吟醸香はなく、オールドスクールな日本酒らしい香り。含みは円く、柔らかい米の甘みと旨味を感じさせる。ちょっと酸もあり重すぎない飲み口で食事を邪魔しないので、食中酒として大分の食べ物に合う感じ。

koge2豊の国の酒シリーズ。比較的辛口なんだけど，飲んだ後喉の奥から甘みがトコトコやってきよる。
