I couldn't detect the aroma, but the subtle gasiness, light sweetness to emphasized acidity, and sweet and sour accents made for a very impressive and delicious sake! The uncluttered flavor unique to daiginjo made me finish the whole cup in no time 😍.
The photo is of the whale sashimi, which was so rich it was like meat ✨And the hamo and ume plum chawanmushi (steamed egg custard). ma-ki-ichiro18, I would like to try Nabe-sama's Aizan as well 🤤.

I was surprised at the price of sake, but I got a bottle of Hakurakusei ✨.
The aroma is mild yet fruity!
Soft mouthfeel, beautiful, fruity, sweet and delicious! No cloying taste and beautiful acidity, it was a delicious food sake that accentuated our meal 🤩.
