Sushi restaurant, the second one is Aizan in Nabeshima✨.
I couldn't detect the aroma, but the subtle gasiness, light sweetness to emphasized acidity, and sweet and sour accents made for a very impressive and delicious sake! The uncluttered flavor unique to daiginjo made me finish the whole cup in no time 😍.
The photo is of the whale sashimi, which was so rich it was like meat ✨And the hamo and ume plum chawanmushi (steamed egg custard).

ichiro18, I would like to try Nabe-sama's Aizan as well 🤤.
I'm a big fan of sweet and sour sake, so I have the impression it's right in the middle of my favorites 😋.

Thank you too, ma-ki-San😊I have only had Akaban Omachi and Yamada Nishiki from Nabesama, but I found Aizan to be the best 😁I think ma-ki-San would like it 😎.
