Contrary to my profile, I haven't actually had a Gekkeikan since I came of age. I ordered this because I thought it might go well with the taste of the deep-fried tofu I ordered after drinking a lot. The aroma is a light sweet fruit type, and to be honest, it's hard for a drunk person to distinguish. Pear type? The dryness and bitterness of the alcoholic beverage is surprisingly not unpleasant, and the refreshing taste and long-lasting aftertaste reminds me of drinking with my father in the past. Surprisingly, it matches the strong flavor of the deep-fried tofu and the lightness of the tofu. If you match it with food, it is a good marriage. However, since I've already had four glasses, I can't rely on the evaluation.

A joint project of 3 breweries in Aomori Comparison of Hanabuki Snow with 55% polishing ratio and Special Junmai Nama Genshu Compared to the Hato Masamune, the aroma is more robust. It has a clear sweet aroma of green apple. The mouthfeel is also sweet with a lactic acidity, and compared to the Hato Masamune, the aftertaste remains strong. By the way, I also had some Tasake, but I don't have a photo of it here: ...... I'll just note that the sweet banana aroma and more robust umami went well with the salty whale bacon. After all, you shouldn't have a meeting over a drink!

You can feel the sweet aroma of rice in the citrus aroma. You can drink it easily because of its sweetness and refreshing taste. It's not a good idea to have a meeting over a drink. I only remember that it was delicious, but not the rest. ...... If you look at the memo of the meeting, the second half of the memo does not make any sense whatsoever.
