じゅにちThis old sake is a blend of 31-, 23-, and 15-year aged sake from Shinkame Shuzo. The color is amber, and the top aroma is deeply caramel-like.
The taste is not too peculiar, with a slight hint of mild, non-toxic acidity. It is best enjoyed cold and sipped slowly. Fudo吊るししぼり無濾過純米吟醸生原酒純米吟醸生酒無濾過 ヒロ☀️
Peachy sweet smell 🍑.
Thin, elegant sweetness, clean and clear 🫥.
It goes down the throat and disappears fleetingly 🫥.
The ginjo aroma is neither too strong nor too weak, and combined with the lingering aftertaste
