This old sake is a blend of 31-, 23-, and 15-year aged sake from Shinkame Shuzo. The color is amber, and the top aroma is deeply caramel-like.
The taste is not too peculiar, with a slight hint of mild, non-toxic acidity. It is best enjoyed cold and sipped slowly.
