I visited Matsukura in Senbayashi last month and was very impressed.
We visited Matsukura in Senbayashi again.
Since I drank too much last time, I decided to refrain from drinking sake this time 😅 because I wanted to take my time to enjoy the wonderful food.
But I had to include this sake! It's a good sake.
The owner said that if Kikuhime is a very muscular man, Higashinowa is a very thin man. Really!
I feel the greatness of a long-established sake brewer who has achieved a balance between a refreshing taste that makes it easy to drink, and a strong flavor that is typical of Kikuhime.
It may not be available in many places yet, but if you come across it, I highly recommend you to try it.
