Junmai sake at 30% discount from anywhere else 🍶.
I bought a bottle of Jungin at the same time and it had aged a bit, but I'm not so sure about this one.
When you open the bottle, you can see small bubbles forming in the bottle, indicating that the bottle has been fired to lock in a fresh, slightly gassy sensation.
The sweetness is slightly dry. Umami, a little sourness, bitterness, and classic miscellaneous flavors. The sharpness is good. However, a little bit of old aroma makes me feel that the taste is probably out of balance since it was bottled.
Yes, this one is old too.
But it is a good sake for a meal because it has a solid quality and is deliciously dry. It is good lukewarm 😋😋.
The price is good for a 70% polished rice. You can tell it was brewed with good rice and a lot of time and effort.

Hello Mr. Menshuoh 🌞.
I thought I was lucky to get a 30% discount, but I had a totally different impression from the Jungin I bought in Hokkaido the year before last😅.
I saved it exactly as normal👍.
There were several bottles lined up, so I'm worried about this being your first time in Kamikawa Taisetsu 😢.

I found a sake with a familiar family crest in the "special offer" section. It was Kamikawa Taisetsu, which I bought and enjoyed in Hokkaido the year before last!
I bought it after confirming that it was made in June 2011.
The aroma was fresh with a hint of ginjo.
I took a sip and wondered what it was.
It has a slightly sweet taste with a hint of gas and a bitter taste that is sharp. It is totally different from the last time I drank it. There is no balance of umami and acidity.
There is a little old aroma and taste. I wonder if the umami acidity has turned into the old flavor and the balance of the flavors has gone wrong 😋😋.

Well, I guess it's not a loss 😅
I deleted the earlier one and checked in again 🙏 because it seems the check-in brand was wrong.
Kubota Junmai Daiginjo. It was labeled as a new product.
Would you call it a black bottle of Kubota or something?
According to the back label, it is a modern Junmai Daiginjo sake that combines aroma, sweetness, and sharpness.
The upper aroma is a fresh apple tangerine nuanced ginjo aroma.
It is not sweet, and the flavor is perceived as umami in the middle mouth.
The bitterness balances the umami and makes it sharp. These elements come together in a round 😋.
No gas feeling.
This is a great sake for both western and Japanese food😋.
This is a modern wine that combines aroma, sweetness, and sharpness.

Buying with 40% point back AU PAY at the end of the year👍👍👍🤗
It's not a boast of Tama, but a boast of Tamang. If you live in Tama City, it is easy to mispronounce.
At the end of the year, I went to the nearest Ito-Yokado store.
It was awarded the highest gold medal in the Wine-Glass Sake Awards 👏👏👏! Did the quality of the sake change?
I bought it.
The bottle was opened in the morning, and it smelled like standard sake.
The taste is medium sweet and spicy, with no unpleasant elements, and the flavor increases with heating. It's just standard goodness. Good warmed sake😋.
Not as full of flavor as Kamo Kanehide, but good with yuzu heated sake 😋
It's been a few years since I've had it, but the quality of the sake has probably not changed much. I had to check the website to see if a different Tamamban brand had won the award.
People who enjoy drinking this in a wine glass must be really good drinkers. I wonder if there will come a day when I can drink it in a wine glass and enjoy it too.
I'm convinced it won the prize for the best heated sake.
The price is 1749 yen excluding tax, and you can get 40% points back with the au PAY campaign👍.
Chanmaya P., I didn't know your parents lived in Minami-Osawa!
Tama Center Yokado doesn't have the best selection of sake, but there is a Koyama Shoten in the city😊.
I did it.
It smells old and stale when it's been sitting at room temperature since January.
Ozawa Shuzo 🙇️.
I'm not sure what to make of it.
It's a different brew than the one I drank at my parents house on New Year's💦.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's a good idea.
I'm sure you'll be pleased to know that I'm not the only one who's had a bit of trouble with the old fashioned style of sake;
🙇♂️.
