I bought a bottle of Jungin at the same time and it had aged a bit, but I'm not so sure about this one.
When you open the bottle, you can see small bubbles forming in the bottle, indicating that the bottle has been fired to lock in a fresh, slightly gassy sensation.
The sweetness is slightly dry. Umami, a little sourness, bitterness, and classic miscellaneous flavors. The sharpness is good. However, a little bit of old aroma makes me feel that the taste is probably out of balance since it was bottled.

But it is a good sake for a meal because it has a solid quality and is deliciously dry. It is good lukewarm 😋😋.
The price is good for a 70% polished rice. You can tell it was brewed with good rice and a lot of time and effort.
