Today I went to Fukushima for business 😆.
After finishing my business, I'm staying at a guest house in Shimogo for the night🎶.
It's not a luxurious place, but it's a homey place.
I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do it again.
I'm sure you'll agree that the food is delicious, but it's not for everyone 😅.
I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to eat it again 😜.
It's delicious but very hard to finish 😭.
Now, about the sake...
Clear and citrusy
Juicy ginjo aroma😆.
When you drink it, it's like grapefruit
It has a fresh citrusy sweetness and bitterness.
It kicks in nicely with the sourness that comes out later 😋.
It's a gorgeous and flavorful sake when it's well chilled.
The more the temperature rises, the more the alcohol starts to show up.
The more you drink, the harder it gets to drink💦.
The more you drink, the less food you can eat.
I can't eat any more food, so I'll finish with one small bottle😁.
And you can see the Aizu Railway from the open air bath of this guest house😃.
In the winter, you can see it running through the snow.
