ジャイヴ［Continuing our drinking session at Uotome, we next ordered "Kamo Nishiki Banshu Aizan" (🍶).
The sweet aroma of rice, and the burst of sweetness in the mouth, followed by a deep sweet aftertaste, faded out!
I couldn't help but replay the phrase in my head, "Oh, I'm so sweet!
It went perfectly with the octopus carpaccio in Shibazuke and the wagyu beef shabu shabu shabu in red wine, which were served at the end of the course!

Lastly, back to Fukui sake, we finished with "Hakugakusen Shinben", a very satisfying evening 😆. 麺酒王Hi Gyve 😃
I was drooling over the beautiful sake and all the delicious looking food 🤤 and the ending with a firm love of Fukui was a quintessential 🎵! ジャイヴGood evening, Mr. Noodle and Sake King 🌛.
Sometimes it's good to learn how to have food and drinks in a restaurant recommended coupling 😁.
I finished with a dry one after a series of sweet sake 😆.

We went to a newly renovated local restaurant, Uome, for a course meal and a drink 🍶.
When we ordered something other than Fukui sake, we were offered two kinds of sake, and the first one we chose was this "Yamanoi".

Fruity aroma, mild umami and sweet aftertaste on the palate, with an image of fading out from the sour aftertaste.
I paired it with dishes such as appetizers and sashimi, and it was rated quite highly as a dining sake that brings out the deeper and richer flavors of many elaborate dishes 😋. ポンちゃんGood morning, Gyve ☔.

It was my first time to visit "Yamanoi", but the owner is a sake connoisseur, so I appreciate that they have the right sake to go with the food 😋.
