［Continuing our drinking session at Uotome, we next ordered "Kamo Nishiki Banshu Aizan" (🍶).
The sweet aroma of rice, and the burst of sweetness in the mouth, followed by a deep sweet aftertaste, faded out!
I couldn't help but replay the phrase in my head, "Oh, I'm so sweet!
It went perfectly with the octopus carpaccio in Shibazuke and the wagyu beef shabu shabu shabu in red wine, which were served at the end of the course!

Lastly, back to Fukui sake, we finished with "Hakugakusen Shinben", a very satisfying evening 😆.
