boukenI bought it because it was a never-seen-before kaiun sale.
I bought it at Mikage Shinseido in Kawanishi Noseguchi on my way home from visiting a grave.
100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture
It has a sweet and umami taste, but at the same time it has a bitter, spicy, and astringent taste. I thought it would be spicier, but it was easy to drink.
I thought it would be spicier, but it was easy to drink. It may be spicier than some of the other Kaiun sakes I've had, but I think it's more to my liking among Shizuoka sakes 🤔.
I'd rather drink this with food than on its own. boukenPurchased at Mikage Shinseido in Kawanishi Noseguchi Station ticket gate. There used to be a store near Kawanishi Hankyu.
Strong, Aiyama, Omachi, and Yamadanishiki were lined up, and I chose this one. I had never heard of this rice. The aroma was pineapple-like. W has a lot of interesting variations of rice.
Koku Ryanto is also delicious, but personally, I regret a little that I should have chosen Aizan....
The place I bought it from is inside the ticket gate, so it's usually hard to get there. I wonder if Aizan is still around?
I heard that "Koriyanto" is originally a sake rice from Yamaguchi, and is often used by Yamazaru. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
