bouken
Purchased at Mikage Shinseido in Kawanishi Noseguchi Station ticket gate. There used to be a store near Kawanishi Hankyu.
Strong, Aiyama, Omachi, and Yamadanishiki were lined up, and I chose this one. I had never heard of this rice. The aroma was pineapple-like. W has a lot of interesting variations of rice.
Koku Ryanto is also delicious, but personally, I regret a little that I should have chosen Aizan....
The place I bought it from is inside the ticket gate, so it's usually hard to get there. I wonder if Aizan is still around?
I heard that "Koriyanto" is originally a sake rice from Yamaguchi, and is often used by Yamazaru.
