Suddenly, I was looking at the bottles displayed from the counter. Oh, that's ❗️. Comet DONATI Junmai Ginjo Hatsukumi I finally met Sha! It was worth the trip to Nagano ❗️ It wasn't on the menu but I asked the waiter to serve it to me 🤗 The aroma was dry apple 🍎🍎. Is this correct❓ It is really a dry white wine on the palate! The bitterness comes to the fore without any time to feel the sweetness and acidity, and it finishes immediately. It has a long aftertaste on the tongue. It is quite a unique wine.

I'll make love to you I'll make love to you One more house to go banikuman" near the hotel I want to eat some more Shinshu specialties! Yes, horse sashimi❗️ One of Japan's top three types of horse sashimi, there's no way I'm not going to try it! We ordered 5 kinds of horse sashimi! And the sake to go with it... Oh ❗️They have a sake that goes well with horse meat on the menu! Toyokou Junmai Ginjo GRILL I told you, I'm going to check if it's true or not. First, the aroma. Grape-like, apple-like with sourness. On the palate Oooh, apple sweet and sour But the delicious bitterness soon catches up with you As for the horse sashimi... It's fresh, but expensive, and the Shinshu soy sauce is too salty for tongues accustomed to Kyushu's sweet soy sauce! I'd rather eat it with spicy miso like in Aizu 😅. Maybe I should have brought my own soy sauce from home... Sorry, Shinshu people 🙏. I'll make love to you because we grew up in different environments I'll make love to you if you don't like it. I'll take that as a yes 😁. But the sake itself is very tasty😊. It also goes well with the three delicacies of Shinshu 👍 You want to know what the delicacies are⁉️ I'm not going to tell you because it might shock the ladies 😁.

Chichi, I was born in Fukuoka too, so I understand how you feel that the soy sauce in Shinshu is too salty 🤗. I've lived in Shinshu for 20 years and I still can't get used to the salty taste of soy sauce😅.

Haruei Chichi, good evening 🌙. I often get Kumamoto soy sauce from my neighbor, it's sweet and delicious ♡ perfect for simmered dishes! I started to think about what's that song from the Heisei era 🤣.

Good evening, Haruei Chichi! I was born and raised in Akita, Japan and I have a dry mouth, but I like to eat chicken sashimi with Kyushu's sweet soy sauce. My friend's kid in Hakata said "Totto~" in Hakata dialect, which was so handsome!

I'll be following your sake journey, Haruei Chichi 😊I'm ashamed to admit that I didn't know Nagano is famous for its horse meat. I'd love to buy some next time I go there along with some sake✨.

Yucachin-san, please give it a try ❗️ If you live in eastern Japan, I think it would be better to use Aizu style spicy miso 👍
