This was our first visit to Kimizimaya in Yokohama. I always wanted to come here. Nice to meet you too, Wang Roku. I've heard that you are very strict about temperature control. How do you guys do it when you buy it and leave? Do you need coolant and a cooler box? The standing aroma is quite traditional. In the mouth, it's clear and clean and sweet, but What I feel most is the sense of body. It's like a full-body. Tasty. But I guess it depends on your taste. I'd like to try another one.

As you move the glass closer, you can detect a rich citrus aroma. The first thing you notice in your mouth is the strong acidity, followed by the richness of the rice and a strong sense of alcohol. A pleasant bitterness appears. As I've read in other reviews, it might be a good idea to combine it with blue fish to quickly wash out your mouth. You may. I tried the blood orange dessert cheese I had in the fridge and it was a personal hit! The orange and ginjo aroma was a perfect match, and the mellowness of the cheese and the acidity of the sake was perfect.
