It's sweet but with a gusto of alcohol. It has a classic flavor typical of honjozo and regular sake. It also has a woody aroma.

Sake made with Asahi no Yume. I only knew of a liquor store in Kobe that carried Wakakoma, but Sugimoto Shoten told me they had just started carrying it, so I bought it here. I was shocked to find it at Yamanaka Sake store in Eki Marche. But I was shocked to find it at Yamanaka Sake shop in Eki Marche... 🤣 You can buy it near you! I read on a social networking site of a certain liquor store that it is unpressurized. Aizan had it written on the label that it was unpressurized. Dry, sharp and dry. Muscat-like flavor. I think I prefer the Aizan I drank before because it was sweeter and more delicious.... It was drier than I expected and different from what I thought it would be 😢. It is hard to believe that the rice polishing ratio is 90%. The third picture is the exterior of Sugimoto Shoten. I was afraid I would get angry if I took a picture from the front 😅I turned it off because there was a car parked in front of the store.

Hello bouken ☀️ Great job on the car disappearing! Is this an old fashioned store? It seems like an old fashioned store, but you are handling a new one 😳 and you are doing a great job 😊👍.

Hello, Pon-chan. I think it's a little bit broken, so if a typhoon or earthquake comes, it's going to be bad 😢It looks like (excuse me) Kaze no Mori is a special distributor of Kouei Kiku ❗The owner of the store likes to sell fresh sake at room temperature 😅.

Every time. I heard that some of the refrigerators are so big that they can't keep them outside and they have no choice but to put them in there. The younger one (son?) says that Kinkame should be appreciated more. He is a funny guy who gets excited when I tell him that I know Sanko Masamune.

Good evening Rafa😊. I found your blog introducing a liquor store in Kansai 😁I bought a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei at room temperature when it was fire-aged, but raw? I'm not sure if it's raw or not 😲.

I saw it on a SNS post on Sake Go Around and went there thinking that if it was Zhaotoku, it would be Sugimoto Shoten in Miyakonojima, but it was Las 1. Sugimoto-san is worth a visit just for the appearance of the store. They are on SNS, but it seems to be their policy not to introduce their sake. The brands he carries include Kaze no Mori, Koei Kiku, Kuroemon 16, Sekizen, Sei Masamune, Tadashi, Shotoku, Raku no Se, Miyako Bijin, Yukinaka Ume, Komatsunin, Okura, Furoizumi, Kinkame, Kurumasaka, and Tamagawa. There are many sakes that are suitable for aging, and some of them are kept at room temperature 😅. The lineup is similar to Omune in Kobe. It is written as light nigori, but it was as gushing as sparring. The rice is Asahi No. 4, Gohyakumangoku, and Habutae mochi rice. It's a very shwashy type with a strong rice flavor. As the label says it is slightly sweet, I imagined it to be sweeter, but I guess it is not. The impression of schwarziness and bitterness.

Good evening, bouken😃. I've never heard of this brand 😅How do you choose a drink that not many other people are drinking❓Is there any criteria or tips for choosing⁉️?

Good evening, Rafa papa 😃. You can only find small bottles of Shotoku with cat or goldfish labels at Cardi's or Kitano Ace, not so much at local sake shops 😅.

My criteria is to actively buy brands that are new to me or that I haven't had before 😁I also hit a lot of brands that I don't like 🤣.

It seems to be a brewery that used to sell it in vats to Kenryo until recently, and it is said that it is a sake that is not yet on the market. It has a matured feeling, sourness and sweetness. If you like Asahi Wakamatsu, it will be good for you. Personally, I could feel the sweetness more than Asahi Wakamatsu, so I might like this one. All of the sake of this brewery is Yamahai brewing 4-stage brewing unfiltered sake 70% polished I heard that. If I'm wrong, I'll correct it.

If you drink Raku no Sekai and then drink Ryuki, it feels very thin.

It's sweet, but it's also very spicy and alcoholic.

It's supposed to be a heated sake, but when I heated it up, the spiciness stood out and it was hard to drink. I prefer to drink it cold.

It might be a bad idea, but it's delicious with soda.
